Air conditioning was excellent. Room was clean and staff was helpful and nice.

Classy but comfortable. Great location. Staff was great. Sanjay at the bar was fantastic and enlightening. Enjoyed a light dinner, drinks and great conversation. The breakfast is the best I’ve had! When I return to Vienna I will stay at this propriety again.

Very high end boutique hotel. When this property was renovated it was done with great attention to details. The hotel presents itself quite nicely with the decor and artwork by local artists. Keep in mind it is a European hotel, therefore the rooms are not super large. It is situated in a very convenient location to the museum district and 7th quarter. Many dining options available nearby. Perhaps the best part of this property is the staff at the front desk. Ivan and Lojas were extremely helpful, going out of their way to accommodate us and any questions we had. Even helped with getting train tickets needed to further our journey.

Muy comodo y espacioso el lugar, el unico inconveniente para mi es que no hay servicio de limpieza al cuarto, todo lo demas excelente!!
